Q. I CHECKED THE TRACKING, IT STATES DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT, WHAT DO I DO?
A. If the tracking states delivered there is nothing we can do on our end. The best thing is to contact your local postal office since they can tell you exactly where and when it was dropped off.
Q. DO YOU DELIVER TO APO/FPO/DPO?
A. Yes, we ship to them on the daily basis via regular USPS. Delivery times depend on destination and it can take between 5 days to 2 weeks if not more.
Q. DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
A. Yes we do, our primary carrier is USPS.
Q. I LIVE OUTSIDE THE U.S., HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
A. Depending on the country, times may vary. It can be from 10 days to a month or longer. Here is why; delays happen (weather, holidays, multiple drop offs, lazy workers etc..) the biggest deal is customs. Each package that comes from outside your country needs to be inspected by them, times for that vary.
Q. I PLACED AN ORDER AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION OR SHIPPING INFO, WHERE IS MY RECEIPT AND TRACKING?
A. Our system automatically sends out a notification to your email as each step is taken (fulfillment, shipping + tracking). Most times it ends up in your spam box or you didn’t enter the correct email address.
Q. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
A. Yes, we ship international all the time, however we only ship to select countries. During the checkout you will see the country options we ship to at this time, if your country isn’t listed…sorry but we do not ship there currently.
Q. IF I RETURN SOMETHING BUT NO FAULT OF YOUR OWN, CAN I GET A REFUND?
A. As long as the item is not damaged, we will issue a refund upon receiving. Shipping charges are non refundable
Q. I LIVE OUTSIDE THE U.S., DO I NEED TO PUT MY PHONE NUMBER AS PART OF THE ORDER?
A. Yes! When shipping outside of the U.S., the postal service REQUIRES a phone number in order to fulfill the customs forms.
Q. I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT GOT SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT NOW?
A. The address you input at checkout is the same one that gets automatically printed on the shipping label. If you notice a mistake, send us an email and we'll try to fix it if the package didn't ship already.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FULFILL AND SHIP MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?
A. Most of the time, we pack, print and ship the same day or day after.
